Fall eLearning Sections Now Available

The Fall semester is almost here, and I wanted to pass along some important information and reminders to all instructors using eLearning.

  1. Fall eLearning sections are now available. If your courses do not appear or if there is an issue with any of them, please contact us at eLearning@utdallas.edu and we will get it straightened out ASAP. Student enrollments will be correctly synchronized with Orion one week prior to the start of the semester.
  2. Need to combine your eLearning sections? Please complete the Course Combining Request form. We will notify you when the class is ready in eLearning. Until then, please do not put content into any of the sections to be combined.
  3. eLearning training schedule now available – please complete the Workshop Registration Form. As we are transitioning to the new eLearning System, upcoming workshops will focus on this. If you need assistance with the current system (which is being phased out in spring), please contact us at eLearning@utdallas.edu for an individualized training session.
  4. Do you want to use the NEW eLearning system in the fall? If so, we will be running 100 sections on the system in the upcoming semester. If you are interested in using the new system, please submit a request (don’t worry, you won’t have to request eLearning sections in the future – this is just for people wanting to use the new system this semester) at: eLearning Pilot Signup
