Echo 360 – Maintenance Completed

The Echo 360 maintenance has been completed, and Echo 360 has returned to normal service. If you use Echo 360 Personal Capture, please login and download the newest version of the Personal Capture software suite. For any questions, please email echo360@utdallas.edu.

Echo 360 Outage – 02/17

Echo 360 will undergo maintenance on Friday, February 17th and will be unavailable from 2-5 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience.

eLearning Outage Scheduled – Dec.23 (10pm) – Dec.24 (1pm)

An eLearning outage has been scheduled for 10pm Friday, December 23rd until 1pm Saturday, December 24th. This 15hr maintenance window will be used to upgrade eLearning. During this time, eLearning will not be accessible. If you have any questions, please contact elearning@utdallas.edu.

Extended eLearning Maintenance Outage – Tue, 12/6, 2-5am (early morning)

A three-hour extended maintenance outage has been scheduled for Tuesday, December 6, from 2-5am (early morning) to apply audit fixes to our eLearning environment. During this time, eLearning will be UNAVAILABLE.  If you have any questions, please contact elearning@utdallas.edu.

Upcoming Turnitin Maintenance – 12/3 (Sat), 9am-1pm

Turnitin has announced a planned outage for Saturday, December 3, from 9am-1pm CDT. During this time, Turnitin will be undergoing essential maintenance and will be UNAVAILABLE.  (Students will not be able to submit Turnitin assignments during this maintenance period.) Please contact elearning@utdallas.edu if you have any questions.

Possible eLearning outage 11/28 7:00 – 10:00 PM CST

The  OIT team performed an emergency maintenance yesterday (11/28) between the hours of 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST. During this time window, users may not have been able to access elearning.

eLearning Due Dates

The most recent update to eLearning has introduced a bug which can potentially display incorrect due dates in the Daily Notification email update students receive nightly, as well as in the “To Do” and “What’s New” modules in the My eLearning tab. This bug will be fixed in the next eLearning update, which is currently scheduled to be applied over the winter break.

Students should refer to the course syllabus for the correct due date information. Students can also see the correct due date from within the assignment itself.
