eLearning Outage Scheduled – June 28 (11pm) – June 29 (5am)

Blackboard (UTD’s eLearning vendor) will perform maintenance to the datacenter from 11pm CST, June 28 (Thu) through 5am, June 29 (Fri). During this window, Blackboard will make every effort to minimize downtime; however, users should plan on intermittent service interruptions during this 6-hour maintenance window.  It is strongly recommended that users plan not to use eLearning during this time.  If you have any questions, please contact elearning@utdallas.edu.

UTD Network Maintenance – eLearning Login Impacted – May 20 (Sun), 6am-noon

On Sunday, May 20th, from 6am and noon, the UTD Office of Information Technology has scheduled a maintenance window to replace network hardware that will impact users’ ability to login to eLearning. Intermittent connectivity is expected for approximately 1.5hrs, but the window of 6hrs has been reserved. If you have any questions, please contact elearning@utdallas.edu.

eLearning Upgrade Outage Scheduled – May 12 (Sat), 2:30am-2:30pm

An eLearning outage has been scheduled for Saturday, May 12, from 2:30am until 2:30pm.  This 12hr window will be used to upgrade eLearning. During this time, eLearning will not be available.  Once the upgrade is complete, the LMS Tech group will spend the next 48hrs updating settings, the language pack, and branding.  If you have any questions, please contact elearning@utdallas.edu.

Extended Maintenance OUTAGE – Feb.27 (Tue), 2-6am

A four-hour extended maintenance outage has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 27, from 2-6am (early morning) to add hardware and resources in order to improve eLearning performance.  During this time, eLearning will be UNAVAILABLE.  If you have any questions, please contact elearning@utdallas.edu.

Campus Firewall Maintenance – Feb.1, 4-7am
