Turnitin Maintenance – March 17, 10am-4pm

Turnitin has scheduled a maintenance outage for this Saturday, March 17th, from 10am through 4pm.  This time will be used for hardware updates and performance improvements. Users will be unable to submit and grade during this maintenance window, so Turnitin recommends that any submission deadlines be adjusted to fall outside this maintenance window.

PLEASE NOTE: This DOES NOT impact the regular eLearning assignment tool.

Extended Maintenance OUTAGE – Feb.27 (Tue), 2-6am

eLearning Outage

We’ve hearing from users reporting they are unable access eLearning.  Our LMS Tech team has contacted Blackboard and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

eLearning Upgrade Outage Scheduled – Dec.27, 12am-10am

An eLearning outage has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 27, from 12am (midnight) until 10am.  This 10hr window will be used to upgrade eLearning.  During this time, eLearning will not be available.  If you have any questions, please contact elearning@utdallas.edu.

Extended Emergency Maintenance Outage – Tue, 12/12, 1-6am (early morning)

A five-hour extended maintenance outage has been scheduled for Tuesday, December 12, from 1-6am (early morning) to perform emergency maintenance on our eLearning environment. During this time, eLearning will be UNAVAILABLE.  If you have any questions, please contact eLearning@utdallas.edu.

Possible eLearning Service Interruption – December 1 (FRI), 1-5am

Tomorrow morning (Friday, December 1st), between 1-5am CST (early morning), Blackboard will perform emergency maintenance at their datacenter that hosts UTD’s eLearning environment. Blackboard anticipates no interruption in service as a result of the work; however, they cannot entirely rule out brief periods of intermittent connectivity.  We strongly recommend against users taking online exams during this four-hour window of time.  If you have any questions, please contact elearning@utdallas.edu.  Thank you.

RESOLVED: Qualtrics Outage
